Ever since I started taking WTF my daily energy levels have gone up. My exercises cardio and lifts have improved with very noticeable improvements of just taking this supplement for handful of days.
I use this as my intra workout and it’s helpful for longer workouts where you need to dig deep and keep your energy going. I have been taking suppresser for 6 days with every meal (prior to this I was just taking regular Berberine) and took my normal 8 units of Humalog 3 times a day on my high day. For the first time ever I almost went hypo on my way back from the gym. The stuff works plain and simple. I feel like I can start titrating my Insulin down........or maybe take in more carbs on my high days. Pretty cool.
